AUTHOR GUIDELINES
A clear path from manuscript to review.
The submission information below retains the latest published ICEBesMA process while the final 2026 revision is being prepared.
Papers must be written in English and prepared using the conference submission template.

Prepare your manuscript using the provided Word-format conference template.
Prepare the manuscript in English
Complete the paper according to the required conference format and submission guidelines.
Submit through the UNPRI conference system
Use unprimdn.ac.id/conference/login and select the active ICEBesMA conference before creating a new submission.
Complete the submission fee
A submission fee of IDR 300,000 must be paid before the manuscript is reviewed.

Send payment proof to icebesma@unprimdn.ac.id
Local participants: please add exactly IDR 2 to the total amount for payment identification.
Example: IDR 300,002 instead of IDR 300,000.
