REGISTRATION PROCESS

Four steps after paper acceptance.

Once a paper is accepted, authors proceed through registration fee payment, copyright transfer, camera-ready submission, and final registration.

The fee information below retains the latest published ICEBesMA rates until the final 2026 revision is confirmed.

Registration conditions

  • All participants must be registered and complete the registration fee.
  • Only registered authors can participate in the conference and present their papers.
  • If the registered author is absent, another co-author with the appropriate status may replace them.
  • An accepted paper must be registered and presented to be included in the proceedings and technical programme.
  • Students must submit a copy of their Identity Card and a recommendation letter from the Supervisor/Promotor. Recommendation letter template: TBA.
  • Presenters are encouraged to join the poster session at no additional cost. Poster template: TBA.
  • Best Paper and Best Poster awards will be announced at the end of the conference.
  • Domestic and international participants are invited to the conference social programme.
  • During the conference, participants are served hospitality, snacks, lunch boxes, and coffee breaks.
  • Guest House accommodation is available at the UNPRI Main Campus, Jl. Sampul No. 3, Medan, subject to reservation and availability.

STEP 2

Copyright Transfer

All authors must sign the Copyright Transfer Form electronically for their individual paper.

STEP 3

Camera-Ready Paper

Submit the final camera-ready manuscript following the conference standard.

STEP 4

Final Registration

Complete registration as soon as possible after the paper has been accepted.
